Support for Game Plan athletes at Université de Sherbrooke:
a. When a faculty examination is concurrent with a training camp or a competition, allow, upon approval of the program division, the postponement of the examination, the substitution of the examination by another form of evaluation, the taking of the examination at a distance supervised by SSAP personnel or a person authorized by the faculty, the deferral to other evaluations of the points awarded for the examination, or any other modality determined by the program division.
b. When a pedagogical or research activity, with or without compulsory attendance, is concurrent with a training camp or a competition, to allow, with the approval of the program division, changes in schedule, groups, absence from these pedagogical activities or any other modality determined by the program division.
c. When a stretching or cooperative internship activity is concurrent with the EEA's training season, encourage, whenever possible and with the approval of the program director and the Internship and Professional Development Department, where applicable, the internship to take place in the region of the EEA's training location.
d. Appoint a coordinator at SSAP to support EAS in their academic progress and follow up files with the person(s) responsible for academic progress designated by the faculties.
