Athlete365 Career + Portal
The IOC Athlete365 website has been redesigned with a new Athlete Career+ Portal specifically for the athlete journey!
It includes roadmaps and resources for both active athletes and athletes thinking about retirement and looking to plan for their sports career and beyond. Each roadmap includes an interactive companion workbook to download and complete with the portal activities. At the end of each roadmap, an athlete will have a personal development plan in their workbook that they can adapt throughout their career.
Two different roadmaps to build your own journey:
Explore Your Future: for active athletes with no planned retirement date. Engage in self-discovery, career exploration and planning, and skill building to maximize your sporting career and set yourself up for future success.
Train for Transition: for athletes that are ready to engage in career planning for their future or have already transitioned out of sport and want to make their next career move. It guides you through everything you need to land your next opportunity.
See Career Planning page for more details
Whether you will be competing another ten years, or your retirement is around the corner, this is your chance to empower your future!
